Fixed Component: ₹6,00,000/year (₹50,000/month guaranteed)

We are expanding our sales team and looking for 5 ambitious individuals who want to build a career in high-ticket sales — with a clear promotion path, uncapped earning potential, and all leads provided by us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll start as a Booker and progress through a structured career ladder based on your performance:

Stage 1 — Booker (Month 1): Call warm, inbound leads generated by our marketing team. Book 20+ qualified appointments daily for our setting team. No cold calling — leads come to you through our Meta ads, workshops, and content.

Stage 2 — Setter (Month 2–4): Qualify prospects on your calendar. Book high-quality appointments for our closing team. Earn 3% commission on every sale generated from your sets — on top of your ₹50,000 base.

Stage 3 — Closer (Month 4+): Close deals on pre-qualified video calls. Earn 8% commission on all cash collected — uncapped. Plus performance bonuses for milestones.

You level up every ~8 weeks based on objective milestones. No politics. No waiting for annual reviews. Just performance.

CAREER PATHS BEYOND SALES

This isn't a dead-end sales job. Senior performers are eligible for:

— SDR Manager (lead the setting and booking team)

— Closer Manager (manage closers, own team revenue)

— Account Manager (serve our 2,000+ clients directly)

— Director of Sales (own the entire sales function)

WHAT WE PROVIDE

— ₹50,000/month guaranteed base from Day 1

— Performance bonuses: ₹5,000 per pay-in-full client, ₹10,000 per ₹10L milestone, ₹15,000 consistency bonus

WHO SHOULD APPLY

— Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (this is non-negotiable)

— Hungry to earn based on performance, not just a fixed salary

— Coachable — willing to follow a proven sales system without freelancing

— Available full-time (this is not a part-time or freelance role)

— Comfortable with video calls (Zoom-based sales)

— Freshers with strong communication are preferred over experienced reps with rigid habits

You do NOT need prior sales experience. Our training system is designed to take someone with zero sales background and turn them into a high-performing closer within 4–6 months.
