About this role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Copywriter to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Indian coaching industry and a proven track record of creating compelling and effective copy for various marketing materials.

The purpose of this role is to manage and support client accounts to ensure long-term client retention and success

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere

Responsibilities...

- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, email newsletters, social media posts, and advertising copy.

- Contribute to the creation and management of video sales letters (VSLs) for various marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet the needs of our target audience, including managing our YouTube channel.

- Conduct research to gather information about our target audience, competitors, and industry trends, and use this information to inform your copywriting.

- Proofread and edit copy to ensure that it is accurate, error-free, and consistent with our brand voice and style.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

- Participate in coaching calls with other members of the marketing team to share your expertise in copywriting and help others improve their skills.

- You find fulfilment in supporting others in obtaining their goals

- You enjoy developing meaningful relationships 

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Indian coaching industry, with a focus on copywriting for marketing materials

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail

- A deep understanding of the needs and preferences of online coaches and agencies in India, and the ability to write copy that resonates with this audience

- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed

- Familiarity with video sales letters (VSLs) and experience creating and managing content for YouTube is a plus
