UAbility works with online businesses, coaches, and consultants on a consulting basis, to help them create a foundation for their growth by developing their leadership, sales and marketing.

And due to the rate at which we are growing, we are currently seeking to bring on more team members to join us in pursuit of this mission

About this role


The purpose of this role is to manage and support client accounts to ensure long-term client retention and success


NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere


Key Responsibilities:


*Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with large, complex organizations.

*Ensure clients understand and experience the ROI/value UAbility delivers.

*Proactively engage in strategic account planning and customer success issue resolution.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, 

*Support, Billing, and Operations, to ensure an exceptional client experience.

*Regularly meet with clients, both virtually and in person.

*Identify expansion opportunities and work closely with the sales team to capitalize on them.

*Maintain a keen understanding of the UAbility's product offerings and updates.

*Uphold the values of UAbility in all interactions and decision-making processes.



Qualifications


At UAbility, we want people who are amazing culture fits over anything else. We have found that some of our best team members have had little experience and/or college degrees relative to their role, but were extremely hungry, coachable, and driven to be the best.

*5+ years of experience in customer success management / equivalent role.

*Proven proficiency in customer retention & growth in a B2B environment.

*Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

*Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities.

*Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience).

*Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.


Mandatory Platforms, Software and Skills Experience:


*Facebook Ads (Targeting, KPI’s, Data-based Decision Making, Overall Strategy)

*Funnel Building Software

*Sales (Ideally High-Ticket, Rs 1L+)

*Copywriting/Persuasive Copywriting (Emails and Ads)

*Direct-Response Messaging


Nice to Have Platforms, Software and Skills Experience:


*Slack

*Go High Level

*Asana

*Hyros

*CRM’s (Monday.com, Pipedrive, etc.)

*Email Scraping and Tools
