Do you want to join our team as a Support Ninja? 

This role is 100% virtual and you can work from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule -- all you need is a laptop and an Internet connection!  

UAbility is looking to hire a customer success rep at our company who have a history of working in marketing/consulting-related companies. If you have strong technical and problem-solving skills, used marketing software, or worked with any type of paid advertising this would be a great long-term fit for you with tons of growth potential.

Our company works with highly esteemed clients in the sub-continent and the way we do this best is working on a near 1 to 1 basis with each client as much as we can. As a CSM, you will be receiving the client and helping them get high-ticket clients through our tools, marketing methods, and sales process.

We're looking for somebody who's hard working, reliable, loves taking action, up-to date with technology and online, fast typer with excellent english skills and a passion for learning and growing as a person.  

YOU MUST have these skills:

- You have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the online coaching industry
-Fluency in using basic softwares like Zoom, Excel, Word etc.
-Fluency in using Social Media (Facebook Pages/Groups, Instagram etc).
-The ability to read code and edit HTML/basic scripts;
-Experience developing basic Wordpress websites and using plugins.
-Experience with Google Adwords and Facebook ad manager;
-Past experience in customer success (NOT just support);
-Perfect text and verbal communication skills;
-Extreme attention to detail;


-Experience with tools like Clickfunnels, Marketing CRMs, Autoresponders, and similar marketing software;
