Position Summary


What we do?


UAbility works with online businesses, online coaches and online consultants on a consulting basis to help them grow month over month. We help them create a foundation for their growth, by helping them with their leadership, their marketing and their sales. 


On top of that we work closely with them and their teams to ensure that reps are consistently performing and hitting KPI week in week out. 


About this role


The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more clients into one of our two high-ticket consulting programs: Blue and X.


This will be done through 2 primary methods: outbound setting and inbound calls.


NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here is located all over India.


What you'll be doing


You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program. As well as assisting with defaulted payments, handling refund requests and assisting client success teams as needed. 


- Prospecting/BD: You will have a minimum KPI of calls generated from our lead sources. 

- Setting appointments: Generate quality appointments using outbound dialling for your closers.

- Sales coordination: Approving and grading applications, confirming calls on Whatsapp, and reporting.

- Qualification calls: Calling disapproved applications and double-checking if they're a good fit.

- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.

Have less than 6 months of sales experience

Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only 

Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed

Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills
