Your Mission at UAbility
As our Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our hiring efforts, finding exceptional people who can help our clients achieve their business goals.
What You'll Do
Build Our Recruitment Engine: Develop and implement comprehensive hiring processes from scratch
Fill Critical Roles: Source, screen and coordinate hiring for account managers and sales representatives
Support Leadership Hiring: Work with our senior HR consultant to find and secure executive talent
Create a Stellar Candidate Experience: Represent UAbility's values and culture throughout the hiring process
Implement Creative Sourcing: Find hidden talent through diverse channels and strategies
Work Autonomously: Take full ownership with minimal supervision

A recruitment specialist with experience in talent acquisition
Someone with experience hiring for sales and client-facing roles
A self-starter who can work independently and make things happen
Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through
A great communicator who represents our company culture effectively
Tech-savvy and comfortable with recruitment tools and platforms
